Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping is FREE on all orders of $100.00 or more. Our shipping rate is a flat $7.50 per order, for orders under $100.

Sales Tax
Best Office Products, LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the OEM or compatible ink or toner product for any reason, you may return the unopened products within 30 days of the purchase for a free replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. If the box has been damaged, opened or any seals broken, we are unable to accept this product for exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable and a 20% restocking fee may apply. Best Office Products, LLC will fully refund the purchase price, including shipping, for any product that is found to be defective. Credit will be issued upon return of the item. No returns will be accepted without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. If you wish to return a non-defective machine, you may do so within 90 days of the purchase date. A 20% restocking fee may apply. After 90 days, any issues with business machines must be dealt with by contacting the manufacturer. If for any reason you believe the use of our compatible ink or toner is responsible for a problem with your machine, please contact us right away and one of our technicians will assist you in resolving the issue. If we are unable to resolve your issue over the phone, we will contact an authorized service provider in your area as soon as possible. If any damage is found to be caused by our compatible ink or toner, we will cover the cost of the repair or replacement of the printer at our discretion . Please do not contact a service provider on your own; service performed without our prior knowledge will void your Best Office Products, LLC Warranty.
